I don't know how I would have coped without a car for the month that I was without a car - especially with my daily hour long travel to and from work each day plus the extra after school activities with the kids.

I did not know about your service, or that as a non-at-fault driver I was entitled to a replacement vehicle.

My sincere thanks to April, Aaron and Steve for their wonderful service.

Thanks to April for remaining in touch with the repairers while I was away and arranging for a car to be available on my return and to Aaron and Steve for the excellent service and delivery. This type of service and their contact made an unexpected and stressful time easier to deal with.

A note of thanks to Williams Body Repair who recommended Compass at the time of the accident and took care of all the repairs and arrangements in repairing the car. Especially having 2 claims with different insurers. They were also the ones who recommended even though neither accident was my fault that my insurance company deal with the insurance requirements.

My ins compamy and many others could learn a lot from both Compass and their staff and Williams Body Repair.

Steve was a good represenative of the organistaion and I would definitely use the company again, if neccessary.

The contact I had on the phone with other represenatives was also pleasing and they made the whole process smooth. Well done to all.

Whole experience, right through from the initial booking (diana was fabulous) to delivery and return was so simple and efficient.

Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. I didn't even know that this service existed previously, so very pleased.

There were no problems and everything was clearly stated. The car was a pleasure to drive.

My only comment is a personal one - I had been used to the B200 Mercedes which is higher than the C-class, consequently, it took a little getting used to the lower position both in driving and getting out of the car!!
